I have to be honest it's why I look at any old pictures of the kippax mid 70s on I would live to see myself from back then, we always stood top of the tunnel next to away fans handful of Knutsford blues.I wonder if anyone spots themselves in these photos, it would be amazing, hope so anyway:)
I was in the Social club at the time, watching my mate win the autographed match ball from Bernard Manning. At the time I was around 15 stone! Does that count?Love the old photos, one of the first things i notice ( apart from our fashion sense at those times) is the shortage of fat cunts in the pics ha

we used to stand in windy corner right up against the north stand wall, from that angle we could see how full each stand was every game and make a decent guess at the (real) crowdBefore my time that, I started in the late eighties, but what I loved most when I first started going was the anticipation of how many would turn up on the day, todays Bluemoon seat counters had nothing on us trying to work out how many where in the ground & how many Swales would declare, that fencing in pic1 made me laugh, it’s like a tennis court
Couldn't fit through the turnstiles.Love the old photos, one of the first things i notice ( apart from our fashion sense at those times) is the shortage of fat cunts in the pics ha
