Sol in Bury. I miss that feeling of literally having to lift my feet up off the sticky floor with about ten times the usual effort.

Piccadilly 21s was alright although only went in once when I was about 16 so probably not the best qualified to give an opinion, plus anywhere seems alright when you're 16!

got many a wet finger in there. anyone remember space in the late '90's? class for a short while that was.
Glass collector?

-- Fri Jun 03, 2011 9:47 pm --

Genevieve's on Anson Road. Guaranteed a fight every Friday and Saturday but at least the women were rough.

Oldham used to be a good night out with the cats whiskers club Dreamers & Henry Africas but times have changed its a shithole now & best avoided if possible .

Can't think of a nightclub on Pilsworth rd. Are you sure you're not thinking of the industrial est?

it was called the homestead mate.

Wasn't that. It was where the Chiquito's restaurant is now..

bloody hell... i'll be thinking of this all night now..

Anyway, clubs are like losing your virginty, you always have a soft spot for the first one.

Mine was De Villes :)
Big shout to Phillips Park Hall and Precinct 13 tho..

the pub where chiquitos is, was called Jazzbo browns. spent many a night in there.

As for "Pemps", get a grip, went tons of times (members only, bridgeblue will get that) and it was allways bobbins but the lesser of the evils at the time (sorry Barbara RIP). You must be looking through Stella tinted glasses mate ;-)[/quote]
I do miss the place, although it was a bit of a dive to be honest but as you say, the lesser of the evils around at the time.
