Probably is based off preseason and the fact he can't even make a bench or displace a CM playing LB

Looks another that now he has his contract, he has dropped off a level. It’s amazing what playing for your career can do for your motivation levels.

I like the lad but he isn’t the long-term answer and in the short term, our current back 4, without Vinny or Laporte, looks dodgy to say the least.

With Mendy now allegedly fully fit really expected Zinchencko to kick on and keep his place , but he has had a couple of poor games , Mendy needs to start against Watford there wont be much defending to do , maybe Zinchenko needs a couple of games out of the spotlight , he's played a lot of games and will not do him any harm.

A truly average player who somehow starts almost every game for us. Kolorov would be slated for these type of performances . If mendy can't play then someone else needs to.

Worst game he's had for us. Hope Mendy is fit soon to give him a bit of a wake-up call.

I just can't believe how some people can't see what kind of liability he is for us. If we are forced to play someone out of the position there, let it at least be someone who has a bit of defensive ability. Yes, we will have many games where we will be dominating so much that he won't be exposed, but anyone with ability to attack us and we're fucked because he doesn't have defensive clue. He's not some attacking worldie playing from that position too.
