Has nothing to offer as a wingback, and I say that as someone who likes him a lot. He was either very confused by his role tonight or given extremely convoluted instructions that he carried out perfectly

Poor last night. Aimless passing and crossing was about the sum total of everything he did.

He's just not a wingback, Angelino should have played instead imo. Inverted leftback or defensive midfielder (in a pivot or 2-man midfield).

I like him as a utility player though and think he is useful in that sense.

If we’re honest, he’s probably one of — if not the best — young utility players in the world right now.

It is actually very difficult to find someone that can be competent in a few positions, especially someone with an attacking tendency.

Underrated by many at their peril.
