He counts as a young player under PL rules but not under UEFA's.So I doubt it's him who is the replacement.

Could be wrong but think this leaves us with 16 non homegrown? If so, we got room for one more, unless the club has had confirmation that Luiz got a work permit?

Don’t think he is / was quite as good as people made out. Good signing for wolves and seems a nice lad.
