Oleksandr Zinchenko

I hate that he and Jesus have left. Both are fighters. I honestly feel (despite strengthening with great signings) we'd have been much stronger had they stayed.

The lad has gone so that he can play in his natural position. I will miss him, a great character and a 100% player. He gave us everything he had. He did change the game against Villa by showing us his ability to get forward with purpose and pick out a telling pass. He may be able to do that more from a midfield position. I wish him every success and hope he gets a great reception when he next plays at our home.

I could only watch about three minutes of the interview before switching off, he obviously doesn’t want to go and looks in complete shock. Pretty fucking appalling in my opinion. Players come and go but let’s say Raz going which he obviously wanted, Gabby wanted more game time, but Zinchenko? Fuck that, it’s not always about the best players, it’s about the soul of the club, today I feel another bit got chipped away.

Lol.

Shame, but if he stayed he'd be resigning himself to a career as a squad player. Hopefully he'll be a starter for Arsenal.

Yes players come and go, we have to trust our management (who’ve not done too bad lately) and he may have asked to leave. However my reaction to this is one of disappointment. We’ve lost a good player and a great character which every successful team needs. Plus he’s going to play in front of some of the most self entitled babies in football.

But good luck Oleksandr. Proud that you were a City player and the very best of luck for the future.

Cost less than a Million - sold for £32 Million, coached and turned into be a fine multi role player, won 10 trophies including 4 PL titles (4 more than Stevie Starfish), great lad and humble as fuck. Hope hes got a cracking contract at Arsenal and plays well for them despite being sorry to see him leave the move is the best for his personal development and gives him great opportunities under Arteta.

Great player, by all account a great person, Inam sure he will be missed but wish him all the best at Arsenal (though, not that he wins many trophies).

If Klopp did this we wouldn't hear the end of it. The world's "greatest" manager and transfer market expert.

Thank you, Oleks!
I wish you and your homeland the best of luck.
