They will demand rights as soon as they are caught bang to rights though, if there is no answer to this lawlessness then let's get the final arbiter on the table so the people can decide if we allow the punishment to fit the crime.

To be fair, St Kurt’s and Nevis (#1 on the list) only has a population of 53,000 people, so any “per 100,000 population” figure is basically DOUBLE the number of homicides!

I can honestly see a repeat of the August 2011 riots taking place in the not to distant future.
 
You might as well say that if the youngster had been away at boarding school she wouldn't have died.
The point is, children (and adults) should be safe in the security of their own homes.
These low-life gangster scum should be rounded up and interned for life on South Georgia. Drop the occasional crate of supplies from a helicopter and let them get on with it. They'd probably bump each other off within six months. If not they'd freeze to death, no loss either way.
 
Just reading about this. Whenever a child is murdered it's heart breaking. Little kids are so innocent, and so trusting that adults will look after them.
It's extremely sad that humans are capable of being fucking monsters without feeling for innocent little kids.
 
You should be able to stay up until whatever time you want in YOUR OWN HOME.
There should be no possibility or expectation of somebody rushing into YOUR HOME and shooting a gun randomly.
Then to try and lay some of the blame blame on that poor family!
It's beyond belief!!
 
If Dipperton was (apparently they believe it is) a country, it would be on sanctions list and probably called a failed state. They will never catch the culprit, someone may be forced to put their hand up, but even that is unlikely.
 
Offer the target of the gunman a deal he can't refuse to turn the fucker in,that should get it done
