Open borders

I think that Angela Merkel, having been brought up 'behind the wall', just didn't want future generations to have the same restrictions in their lives.
I also tthink that brexit has put the UK behind such a wall.
 
I am a supporter of open borders: I'd like my sons and daughters to have the freedom to live and work anywhere in the world. I cannot expect that while refusing the same opportunity to others.

Unfortunately, many do - including Brexiteers in my own family complaining about immigration while running a bar in Tenerife.

That’s some strange thinking, how do they square that one?
 
I agree, blow up all the bridges across the irwell, barricade the M602 and other roads, stop them Salfordians tresspassing into God own City ;-)
