Open Letter on Season Tickets and Pricing | Club announce price freeze on "general admission season tickets & PL match tickets" for next season (p163)

Thanks for posting this letter to Khaldoon.
As the 7 supporter groups rightly point out, enough is enough.
The minimum from the club should be a price freeze for all season tickets 2025/26 season.
But I honestly think that supporters will be ignored once again.
The only other thing that I will mention is that I'm sure you have said previously is that the club has assured you that there are no plans to reduce/ stop concession rates for over 65s, which is what Spurs, Arsenal and also Brighton are planning to do.
So let's hope they keep to their word.

In the last few weeks there was table of clubs income
Real Madrid top we were second if memory serves me right but on match day income city were millions behind the rest now new stand and corporate areas will help close gap unfortunately ticket prices will also increase to reduce deficit

I've seen one or two replies saying it won't make any difference. We often hear in meetings that the club don't receive negative feedback regarding ticketing and prices. If you agree with the contents of the letter I'd very much urge you to email Alex and I (or any of the City Matters reps for that matter) to say as much. It's much easier to make an argument against ticket price increase when we have evidence to support our opposition to hand.

I've said this before
The club has lots of FOC's and other long standing season card holders in EL1 and CB1 where season card holders are paying substantially less than if the club sold those seats on an individual basis to tourists
I'm in block 104 and pay full whack, £950 ish (£50 a fame). FOC'S are half that
I'm certain the club will discontinue the FOC rate and raise the prices in these areas to everyone to a couple of grand, therefore pricing out existing SC holders, but will give them first dibs in the new stand
The club will believe they can sell these seats at a premium, maybe £90 upwards a pop
X 2 than they get out of me and x 3 what they get from an FOC
