Oral hygiene

Use inter dental brushes as well for the gaps between your teeth where food traps occur. They're cheap enough (pack of 5 from Poundland). Insert in spaces and gently waggle (sound familiar?) Better than flossing I find. Also electric toothbrush (much better than manual) twice a day for 2 minutes (front/back/sides).

They come in many sizes, you might need a few sizes if the gaps between your teeth are quite varied. They should be a tight fit in those gaps, and you should give a good scrub between teeth, especially the big ones.

Gum health is VERY important, and used properly, twice per day, these can make a big difference.
