I personally have to say that I'm incredibly dismayed at the amount of people who seem to think OBL had any rights. He has received justice, albeit of the summary nature but I'll bet the majority of people who lost loved ones during any of his crews atrocities care not a jot about that. He is a mass murderer and inciter of hatred and bad feeling. When all said and done his message was becoming less relevant to the arabs of the middle east and beyond, for whom it seems seek a more democratic form of governance over the sharia type law Al Q appear to favour, so the effect of this is not as significant as it would have been 5 years ago, but nevertheless, the world is a slightly better place without scum like that in it. So if that makes me a hypocrite so be it. However, I know I can look at the world objectively, realistically and with little naivety.

It WAS a kangaroo court, look up the trial. Their chief witness was working for the CIA and coincidentally said the exact words required for the trial to be legally held.

It's barbaric to think that there are STILL people out there who believed that anybody human on the planet "doesn't have any rights". Barbaric, horrifying, infuriating, I can't think of the right adjective. Has history taught you people nothing?
As I demonstrated before, mass murderer is purely a matter of perspective and in some cases, propaganda. Case in point, many people in the world (including world leaders like Ahmadiejad) believe that George Bush is a war criminal as he launched a "preventative war", something which is illegal under U.N. treaties. Does this mean that it would be okay for the Iranian Special Forces to storm in and murder him?
No. It doesn't. It also wasn't the correct thing to do it to Bin Laden, or anybody else in the world. I don't get why you fail to understand that good and evil in the world are perspectives brought on by the media rather than absolutes?

You've never met me, you wouldn't know me if you walked past me in the street but I'm glad to see that you've been able to make a judgement on somebody. Exactly what I expect off of you.

How easy it must be for you to just place any alternative opinions into easily placed boxes like this. I'm utterly ashamed at how many people are willing to forgo their principles at the first sign of a challenge to them.
They are called principles because they are hard to follow, not because they are easy.
"I'm against the death penalty, but Bin Laden got what's coming to him."
"I believe in restorative justice but assassinating political enemies is a good idea."
"Nationalism is a bad thing, but people jumping around singing 'USA' in the streets after the announcement was fine."
"Murdering a murderer is definitely justice."
Hypocrites, total and utter hypocrites.
