I've never understood your complaint about this from him.Im amazed he's won the award as i just cant see past a technically brilliant but very frustrating and inconsistent player, with an unimpressive end product.
He could be amazing but he needs to make better decisions and find a bit more substance.

He may not stand out or shine but he makes relatively smart decisions in passing and moving.
No chance for integration imo.Any rumors about the plans for him next season? Could he be integrated into some cup appearances or would a loan in Europe make sense?
this guy....wow Next David Silva??
Have you had time for this post yet? I wouldn't mind seeing a detailed breakdown of how Oscar Bobb reminds you of Leroy Sane too if it's not too much trouble?sorry you have no idea how to evaluate talent. no wonder you are not involved in the academy or the analytics of it. I will later make a detailed post about how oscar bobb is differnt to palmer in terms of playstyle and him relying on pace. I am bit busy now, but I am going to make a post later explaining the difference.
From the highlights.....he looks to be developing physically too.I rate him and think he has a shot - he can do stuff that others really can't, especially with the final pass, but he can be a little frustrating too. He is a great prospect, IMO.
Respectfully Fantasy...From the highlights.....he looks to be developing physically too.
As ive always said, wonderful talent and skill but so inconsistent and frustrating.Again from highlights only.....he does look like he is addressing those flaws.
Tough to call if he'll end up here or playing for some obscure team manged by an ex Rag manager.
Oscar Bobb vs Chelsea U21s last month -
I've been watching him since he arrived as an 8 stone midget, and i watched him against Dortmund a couple of weeks back.I have seen him play a number of times live at the Academy over the last couple of seasons and every time I see him I'm impressed. I'm not sure where people are getting he is inconsistent from he is anything but that, in the games I've watched he has performed better than some of the better known players like McAtee.
Players hardly impact a game for 90 minutes, unless maybe Messi or Grealish but with the latter it depends on the type of impact.I've been watching him since he arrived as an 8 stone midget, and i watched him against Dortmund a couple of weeks back.
He started brilliantly, controlling the midfield and making beautuful, incisive, passes.
Come the second half,he had all but vanished.
Thats what im talking about.....while he is undoubtedly improving, and growing physically, but he lacks the ability to effect a game for 90 mins. When he learns to do that,he will be dynamite.
