His defence are saying there is no evidence that he had his legs on at the time of the shooting. Presumably though if they look at the height that the bullets pierced the door they will be able to tell this fairly easily.

Every country has their own way of doing things but not sure I'm a fan of this sort of mini trial bail hearing that is going on within a couple of days of the incident.

Not sure I'm a fan of the way the TV companies are presenting their coverage either.

However under cross examination Botha (who is part of the prosecutioni think) is not holding up too well

Botha is the investigating police officer, Postorious will have the best defense money can buy but in my opinion he's guilty without a doubt.

FWIW I don't know enough about the case to know whether he is guilty (of premeditated murder, pretty clear cut he did shoot her)

I suspect we will never really know what went on that night.

having been keeping an eye on this case i can honestly say i don't have a fucking clue if he's guilty or not.
