This is what I feared him getting off on a technicality. He did murder her and I have zero doubt about that judging from what has been revealed thus far but he may find a loophole that gets him off.

There is a lot of information that has come out and the prosecutions case seems very, very solid. Add the witness testimony then I have a right to come to my conclusion. I remember you were defending Lance Armstrong too these celebs are not saints.

Judging by this morning's cross-examination of Botha, the prosecution's case is anything but solid. In fact it's very, very shaky.

It is interesting how over here no specifics of a case can be discussed incase it prejudices the trial, yet in this case, it seems the details are very much in the public domain. I understand different Countries have different systems etc. but this seems a fundamental difference to me.

I was reading something on sky news before where apparanly one of the lawyers asked this Botha character if he though Pistorious would "go on the run" if he gets bail. You would think he'd have chosen his words better
