This is what I feared him getting off on a technicality. He did murder her and I have zero doubt about that judging from what has been revealed thus far but he may find a loophole that gets him off.
It is one hell of a far fetched story he has come up with,but the only one he could in order to get off i guess
Especially the bit (as others have said) about not checking the bed for her,that bit i am just not having
Lets see what his clever well payed lawyers do for him

now i'm not saying if he's done it or not either way but...
surely pulling the trigger and firing 4 bullets into a door in which you think someone is behind is the last straw? i'd say "hello!?" first or check the bed.
i've heard noises in the living room at night, i've gone and checked, it always turns out to be my house mate turning the tele on when he can't sleep or coming back from a night out.
not once have i gone in waving a kitchen knife about.

There is a lot of information that has come out and the prosecutions case seems very, very solid. Add the witness testimony then I have a right to come to my conclusion. I remember you were defending Lance Armstrong too these celebs are not saints.
