Why would City, just before a crucial game v Chelsea, after working on defensive formation all week, ask one of the key players if he wants to leave ?

Here's another question. Why would Jose Mourinho's mate & agent, who has a client who is about to be a key player for City against Chelsea, ask him if he wants to leave, just before City play Chelsea ?

All City fans are on edge all of the time, comes with the territory.

I have faith we'll do as well as can be done.

My info is that behind the scenes that agents and clubs have found this an extremely difficult window to work in. New money for Premier League, change of TV arrangement in Spain and Barca's embargo have made it a cagey affair.

Wouldn't be surprised to see it go absolutely mental near the end with loads of unexpected deals happening. But would be equally unsurprised by the current general inactivity to continue.

Whether is this window or the next or the one after that, sooner or later this new money is going to mean a hurricane of transfer business.
 
*my opinion* but I think the progression might either be the loan or possible sale(if we couldn't agree on a long term contract before loan) of Rony Lopes to Valencia.

Personally, him having a couple of players within the club is two too many imo...

One of, if not the biggest trouble makers in football behind the scenes, and that's with a club who has had to deal with yayas agent, Kia, and Mino... Can't stand the odious twat!!!

Understandable. At least the two players of his we'll have are Quim & Otamendi, can't really sniff at that.

Good call....genuine question though. Do we not sign players because they have cuntish agents? Again ( whilst emotions are running high ) I wil repeat genuine question.
 
thanks for your replies everyone!.....just felt it was a question worth asking as the Mangala loan rumours seemed so strong, I felt we must have atleast been thinking about it! Glad it looks like Mangala staying and Otamendi on his way........would now just love De Bruyne and his agent to turn up in Manchester to push that deal!;)
