They haven't missed any payments on Negredo. They don't owe us any special treatment. It's just a happy coincidence that we can cancel the debt and get a great player from the same club.

Agree with you about Italian clubs though. They don't have the money for big transfer fees they do seem comfortable paying big wages so one of the few possible destinations for players who have been on City pay scale.
