Ouija Board Experiences

i used to do it a lot as a teenager with close family. i was amazed at the power the glass moved at on certain occasions with just two people at the table. as soon as i touched the glass it felt like a spark of energy connecting my fingertip to the glass. the glass moved at such speed, which would be impossible to replicate with 2+ people if they wanted to intentionally.

apparently this has been described as an effect scientifically (cant remember the term). i dont believe this as it wasn't an accurate experiment from what i remember. when the glass is spinning and jumps to the answers as soon as you finish your question, it does get you hyper sensitive to anything around you.

its been said its like inviting a stranger into your house. i've heard some nasty things said in replies, some jokes, some rubbish. ill never do it again in any house of anyone i consider a friend or any member of my family.

i'll just edit that i've had times when i've had replies that could not spell properly consistently, so the idea that it is coming from the person who is touching the glass is wrong maybe.

Not really a ouija board experience but a very scary one. My mrs' nephew is nearly 2 and we were babysitting him one evening, he started stirring and was laughing as though he was being entertained by someone but there was only me and the mrs in the house with him. She went upstairs to settle him down after hearing it all happen on the monitor to see her nephew pointing to the end of his bed whilst smiling, my mrs felt really uneasy in his room so walked out to get me when i heard "Leave him alone" on the monitor in an old womans voice. I shouted for the mrs to get him and leave the house. Since that day there has been an uneasy feeling upstairs in the house, so much so my mrs' brother has hired a spiritualist medium to investigate the house!

This isn't the only thing to happen either as their other son (6 years old) has spoke about talking to an old woman who he calls Grandma which is rather freaky as she died 8 years ago

Where the fuck do you buy one from, I mean I've never seen a Ouija board corner shop because we was talking about doing it last night at Halloween.

Might try ebay see if I can get a free Timothy Claypole with it.

did it when we were about 16, and think its totally genuine. would never do it again. shit me up for life. things it spelt out made it virtually impossible to be fake. things that only the person it was meant for would of known, and yes we all checked to see if anyone was pushing the glass, and think it was impossible to be faked.

scary stuff unless you know what you are doing, believe you are supposed to send the spirits back or something at the end, otherwise they stay around, thats why things go bump in the night !!!

Lol. Physically impossible.

I did one on Friday 10th Feb, 1984 with some mates from school. We were babysitting and someone set up a ouija board.

Anyway, I was convinced that one of us was pushing the glass, even sub-conciously, but thought I'd ask 'it' what my mock maths result was that very day.

Only I knew round that table, but it got it correct. Again, I thought maybe I was pushing the glass without even realising it.

Some rag then asked how they'd do at Luton that weekend and it said 5-0. We all thought that was absolute bollocks obviously, but sure enough, 2 days later live on telly the scum beat Luton 5-0 at Kenilworth Rd.

That result has always stuck with me for some reason!!

Done it loads of times as a teenager and it nearly always worked.

It's subconscious pushing of the glass, or conscious in some cases.

If four people are touching the glass and the question is "Is there anybody there?" then eventually everyone will subconscously move it the same way.
