To be fair if you start posting "out here" idea's what do you really expect? It's not really surprising that most people just take the piss I am surprised that you are surprised, do you just want a platform where you can post stuff about shape shifting interdenominational beings for example and people just to sit there and agree with you? If you do I think you are posting in the wrong place and I doubt that you find many places made up of normal reaso, you don't seem to have any curiosity or a questioning mind when it comes to a lot of the stuff you post, like where does it come from and what are the motives for publishing it, by my very nature I am a Fortean meaning that I take nothing at face value and if I see something that interests me I try and research the subject in depth, you would be surprised where it leads you!

As for the OP, he has a history of general negativity towards the club, it's always rather slyly delivered but it's there and has been noticed by numerous people over the last few months

So questioning my rights to have kids, insinuating i should be on medication(not jokingly as you well know btw),posting that a said poster has had pms saying i am mentally deranged and to just humour me...is that ok is it? and you are a mod lol..and btw, you nor the next person knows fuk all about whats on the next dimension(s) if anything at all..and why generalise about them JUST DISAGREEING WITH ME? That would be great if that where the case but it isnt and well you know it..Anyone mentions anything anti-Israel or Jewish and you yourself are on the bounce..it is all about individual beliefs and debate, not to turn a blind eye when certain posters spout there vitriol at another poster and it is your job to be fair and with the so-called up-keeping of the board, you personally fail to do this as a mod, you seem to pick and choose..that is all.
Oh and unless you don't read very well i have said again and again that the FOOTAGE vid i posted the other day was misleading with the title, yet you continue blindly it would seem with the shapeshifting theme..

Just 1 more thing,it is incredibly hard to dig deeper than i do on certain things because of the evidence supressed by certain parties, again you should at least be aware of why i dont go very deep into things..mostly i throw them out there for people to view and comment if they like, only the forum is to debate/comment agreeing or disagreeing and not to personally attack the poster, again you fail to arrest the situation on many many occasion..sad.

The wage is correct for nationals (not expats or migrant workers) and obviously women don't usually have to work.

You've also got to remember that many are far far in excess of the mean average. It's (Qatar) a nation of 2.5m with less than 10% having the luxury of citizenship. I've never met a Qatari earning less than 35,000 QAR per month ($10,000) and whilst you may ask why I am nosey **** asking for their earnings, it's an integral part of my job to do so obviously. To give it balance, teachers at a decently secondary school out here with half a dozen years experience would be on very close to that. And obviously none pay tax. A further thing to remember is that no companyies can set up here (outside of the Qatar Financial Centre) without a majority shareholder holding citizenship. So it's pretty much a license to print money and it's not unusual for a Qatari to be a majority shareholder in 6 or 7 companies without having anything to do with any of them other than take their dividend.

I had a look before and what surprised me is how low the total population of the whole UAE actually is, only 9 million. Thought it'd be circa double that.

I'm about as straightforward as they come, I don't sugarcoat my opinions and I won't water them down for anyone. That's clearly upset a lot of sensitive souls around here, but that isn't my problem.

There is nothing 'sly' about the way I give my opinions or the manner I deliver them. If I have an unflattering view about something the club does, I'll say so. I won't imply it, or be sly about it. If I see something as a negative I'll call it outright. For example the new club policy towards corporates and ticket distribution for away games.

Really is quite laughable that mods on here are joining in the witch hunting.

Is it any wonder you rarely see new users joining in with interesting discussions on contentious issues when 90% of the forum has some kind of a bizarre obsession with sniffing out undercover rags and previously banned users? Continually haranguing anyone they interpret as straying from an 'acceptable' consensus opinion of their choosing? Even see it with people who've been here for years copping it, likely because they aren't part of a clique or have thousands of posts.

It's fucking weird. And this forum is undoubtedly a poor place for it.

The pub analogy in some backwater is a fitting analogy.

Like I said, I've been getting baited for ages now. I just put up with it, even had a mod directly pm me accusing me of being a rag looking and for a rise out of me a while back.

That was only time I've raised this with Ric. That particular mod has cooled off with his hostility now though, and seems to have realised I'm genuine. I don't hold any petty internet grudges either though, so it's water under the bridge.

But I use that as an illustration of the level of hostility I've faced on here.

And it's still there, clearly. But I just get on with it, I know that if I respond in kind to the kind of insults I routinely cop for I'll risk a ban.
