Fair enough, but over all you'd have to agree with me on his performances.

The list I put together by the way, was names of the players I feel have the most heart for the club. One of these ought to made captain as well, Kompany preferably.

Don' get me wrong I love Zab. I think he has been great for City. And I agree Kopany should be captain

we need some one to replace barry..........
a much more creative cm............

and there arent much available these days.............

i think montolivo would be a good and available choice.....................

he will be world class within next couple of years.........

We need pace and width. Teams will figure us out without it. Stop Silva and Tevez and we look wank. Mancini wants us to play like a boring version of Barcelona and it's not the way to go about things. He doesn't seem to have any confidence in A.J so he needs to go and buy somebody he does like.

Nobody wins the league without width and Kolarov is no Ashley Cole.

It's not though.
If we choose to play so narrow,then two top class attacking wingbacks are required,Richards is increasingly looking like nailing one of those spots but as for left back......

A centre half with a similar calmness and footballing ability to Kompany would also be useful.

There is not doubt in my mind, that the perfect replacement for Barry is Nuri Sahin. It is so perfect because they play the exact same position. In the exact same way, both using the exact same foot predominantly (the left). With the only 2 significant differences being
1. Sahin is 8 years younger
2. Sahin is the absolute best in the world at that position this year.

I cannot imagine a more perfect replacement.

Here is a video of Sahin. Notice where on the field he is operating in. It is erie. The exact area you will often find Barry for City.

In addition Sahin also fixes a bunchof our little problems that hold us back but we don't realize.
1. He has deeplying vision (The video will show this)
2. He can cross the ball accurated 98% of the time. The video shows examples, but watching Dortmund proves it.
3. He can take those indirect free kicks and put them dangerously in the box.
4. He can take direct freekicks too. But I bet Kola would probably still fight for that...Cool. But he gets #3 and every 3rd direct kick :)
5. He is fast-er :P than Barry. Video shows him running down Farfan. Now Barry couldn't do that on jet skies
6. He is immesely skilled. Well video shows some sick moves.

In short, i Barry is the problem (a diagnosis I don't necessarily agree with) Sahin is the Solution+

Montolivo will be nice, by the way he is 26 already! But Sahin will be replacement perfection!!!

Coentrao is the leftback we need who could also play in Barrys position, there is no one else we could get who could do a job in both positions. Also he can play leftwing in a 442 so for me getting this guy is a no brainer.

Subotic is the CB replacement for Kolo, he's absolute class.

Sahin is so much better at Barry's position though. And he brings so much more on dead ball situations. Something we seem to be having major problems with. About 70% of our corners often don't scale the 1st defender :( Our indirect free kicks are dead before we even kickoff. And deep lying playmaking to ease the burden on Silva and Yaya will absolutely change the face of how we play. I don't think we can get him, coz he plays for Dortmund, but if we could, he'd be absolutely perfect. I believe he would improve City 10 folds.

Oh by the way, we probably can't get Subotic either. Even if we were going to buy a CD, which I don't believe we will.

Nuri Sahin is one of my favourite players.. I remeber when he broke therough Dortmund at 16.. In Germany there were 2 fantastic talents Mesut Ozil & Nuri Sahin.. Both Turkish but German born.. Although Nuri decided to play for Turkey.. IF Sahin played in the world cup for Germany he'd be at Madrid right now for £30m...
