Outpriced...

I know most home league games are selling out at the moment. Not sure how that suggests we could sell another 30,000 each game though?

I don't really give a shit what the crowd is but if we had 30,000 just waiting for a chance to get to a game then surely the cup games would be easily sold out too?

And whatever the club might say, the derby wasn't sold out.
It sold out on Friday before the game and the attendance was 46,808 with a few more seats than usual lost to segregation. Spurs sold out before the New Year so you don't need a GCSE to work out the demand is there. I know Utd fans would have you believe that there are 20,000 empty seats but that's not true is it?

I don't give a shit what united fans or the club say.

I'm just stating a fact that the derby wasn't sold out.

There were full rows empty on the top tier that aren't season tickets. So unless a whole load of people paid 40 quid each and then couldn't be arsed going, it wasn't sold out.

Ticket prices are pricing alot of people out including me from next season.

If you payed £20 for Bury v Brentford you were robbed, it was only a fiver that game wasn't it?

Correct - all tickets were £5! Good game it was too!

If you want proof the ground was full, watch the beginning of the Extended highlights when the teams are lined up and you can clearly see the top rows in the East Stand are occupied. I know they were in the West Stand because I was sat opposite.

A handful of empty seats I can accept, but not banks of empty seats. That's just not true

This is getting pretty tedious, especially as I don't even care but I was sat near the back of 301 and there were 2 full rows with no one sat on them the whole game. Plus plenty of other ones and twos.

I don't need extended highlights to spot an empty seat 5 yards infront of my mince pies.

My guess is the club thought by Friday any City fan who wants one will have got one by now so said it's sold out to discourage united fans from trying to get their mitts on them.

I don't find our ST prices that bad at the moment but that's just me. It works out not that expensive per game. All the cup games on top of it are what what it harder for people I think.

By the way here is a list from FourFourTwo of season ticket (most expensive) prices from highest to lowest. Ipswich, Leeds and Bristol City are taking the piss, that's for sure.

FourFourTwo missed a trick there didn't they? I am surprised they didn't have City down as £2,500 (Superbia).
