Outside the ground.

Re: lol outside the ground.

When I have the odd look at other clubs boards, I never see any of this sort of shit. It seems to becoming more regular on here. Talk of Poznan fights, Pwopa nawty Danny Dyer bollocks every other week. No doubt we will get more of the same in two weeks!

Funny how there's a thread about Arsenal fans, while your lot is alot more violence. You would never see anyone get treated like that outside the emirates

You will note that the majority of responses on here are condemning the behaviour not condoning it.

There are mentions that some Arsenal were giving it large, and I expect there were. But real men rise above that without needed to boing up and down and do nothing whilst hiding behind a Police line.

I, like many others, would like to apologise for the loutish behaviour of some of our fans and welcome visiting supporters to our ground to support their team. However, I do not welcome thugs from Arsenal, City or any other club, and they should be dealt with by the authorities.

If I go to an away ground, I would rather walk into a local pub and have a discussion about the respective teams with adult members of the world....and that should be the same for any away fan at any ground.

There was a group of six Arsenal fans cutting through the passages from the ground towards the Townley after the game. Three middle aged blokes, one lad in his late teens and two children, one a lad about fourteen, the other a girl about ten yrs old. They were slightly behind us and chatting quietly amongst themselves. Suddenly the lad in his late teens was flattened by a dickhead who said, "welcome to Manchester". A few other city fans who saw what happened had a bit of a go at the 'city' fan, who quickly realised he wasn't going to get a pat on the back for his actions. He made a quick dash to the Townley with his smirking accomplice in tow.

The incident was disgraceful, cowardly and highly embarrassing. The arsenal lad was clearly shaken. The other two kids were also upset and frightened. I had two of my kids with me, who also witnessed the whole thing.

We walked with these Arsenal fans for about 1/2 mile as they were parked near us and they were ordinary football fans who follow their team, just like we all do on here.

Tonight, if I am honest, I feel ashamed that this could have happened within yards of the ground. Some knobhead will be stood at the bar, bragging about his act of bravado, while some ordinary decent football fans might be thinking twice about their next trip away, as a result of his actions. Well done big man!
I hope the City 'fan' who did this is fucking proud of himself, the wanker. Some people simply do not deserve to be allowed access to the stadium. Ok, if rival fans are up for it, take it round the corner and do your Green Street bouncing around routine, but to randomly attack a fan who is obviously not out for trouble, fucking disgrace.

Re: lol outside the ground.

Wannabe football hoolies = didn't get enough cuddles from mummy.

Wankstains on football, usually only giving it the big one when in a crowd.

Homosexual tendancies, enjoying the camaradarie of the brain dead like-minded, a little too much.

More than likely, this coward would probably have got a pasting if he'd tried taking on "someone up for it". So to prove how big and hard he is, picks on a kid.
Absolute disgrace.

Re: lol outside the ground.

It's these type of wankers that catch people out on their own and pick on vulnerable away fans, but disappear when anyone has a pop back. An embarassment to our club.

I agree, these people are scum and cowards. if they get a kick out of beating up people, they should just meet somewhere after games and get on with it and leave fans who come to watch the game alone.

Arsenal got a few digs to say the least, we must be one of the worst grounds in the league at the minute. Keeps kicking off.
cant belive we have sunk this low

Re: lol outside the ground.

i saw it all walking back into town and it was emmbarasing, fair enough the arsenal fans were signing and enjoying the win but city would have done the same if we had just turned arsenal over at their place. There was no need for what followed.

Seems like this is becoming more frequent at the stadium this season and i anticipate there to be plenty more on the cards for the derby. Fucking idiots.
