Over 50's Health Tips

I've cut down on cards, chips, bread, rice etc. Stopped eating meat, eat plenty of fish, cut out most sugar and drink plenty of water and decaf coffee.
Walk every day and eat high fibre diet.
Ohh and plenty of sex.
That's a new one on me - cut down the late night poker sessions for longer life.

I've now got the perfect get out for when one of my little ones next wants to play Snap.......... :-)
