Get a recumbent bike… I retired at 56 at the start of lockdown.. I do 34 miles on weekdays and I’ve dropped 3 1/2 stone since I gave up work

Feel great and the recumbent means that I can relax and take in my surroundings.. no butt pain, no back pain, no wrist pain, no neck pain… I wish I’d bought one sooner

Stay active but in a productive way. Get your garden in order, wash your car and clean your house. Go for a walk around your community and pick up litter as you go.

Thanks Grasslands.

Lots of things I’m trying to cut out.
Potato of any kind
Pasta
Pastry
Rice
Bread
Biscuits
Chocolate
Sweets
Alcohol
Processed foods
I’m succeeding cut out most, all of the time and the rest, most of the time.

In a week I’ve notice a big benefit. I hope others do too and I hope I get even better.
