i still maintain that blues who were born and still live local are very lucky people, was like that when we were shit and its the same now.
for those that follow from afar it must be murder watching us win everything yet be out of your reach. i hope all of you at least once get over to see the lads play live. you deserve it.

Being an exiled Blue who had a season ticket for 15 years prior to coming out here in 2000, I've witnessed all the 'glory years' from afar, albeit with the best TV coverage on the planet now which at least ensures I see every City game 'live'..
I used to get back once-a-season for certain sometimes 2 or 3, but changed jobs now so I cant use an excuse of going back to the UK on business. That plus I burned all my airline points now and with the current prices over the $1,200 mark it makes it a very, very expensive weekend and cannot justify it to the family versus our annual vacation cost.

This is the 3rd season I haven't managed to get back for a game and its killing me....

So yes Bill, its 'murder' indeed watching us win everything and not getting to see it unfold live :-(

Doesn't make me any less of a supporter though as a plastic rag recently found out in the Irish pub downtown!!
