I would have him here if we dont get eto'o.

A goal scorer of the highest class, if he would except a pay as you play deal with bonus'es for goals etc.

After what has been said about him in the press he will be trying his damdest to prove the press vultures wrong.

Don't think they could pay his wages though, although I don't know if either party decided to try and renegotiate.

Because he is a "Gimme' more money merchant", even if the media would never to think say that about Owen. They are happy enough to say it about Robbie, Barry, Eto and Tevez (amongst others) but never about Owen. Heaven forfend.
