Good find fella, was reported on GYBO as being "new" (apparently their mantra as a non-political organisation and bearers of truth doesn't stand up to scrutiny). It was more to do with the principle and PB posted a couple more good examples of this doctrine at work.

The 'whataboutery' (great word btw) only surfaces when someone attempts to lump blame wholly on one side or the other. The reasonable posters on this thread, whatever their underlying sympathies, all accept that there is an element of fuckwittery on both sides, though we may argue about the relative degree.
