Israeli Internal Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch urged patience as the investigation was carried out.

The family of one of the three murdered Israeli teenagers also issued a statement condemning the latest killing.

"If the Arab youth was murdered because of nationalistic motives then this is a horrible and horrendous act," the statement from the family of Naftali Frenkel said.

"There is no difference between Arab blood and Jewish blood. Murder is murder. There is no forgiveness or justification for any murder."

BBC News had a near 10 minute piece yesterday evening on the sad fate of the three Israeli teenagers, including emotive interviews with family members and speeches from Israeli politicians.

In the past decade, more than a THOUSAND Palestinian children have died at the hands of the IDF and settlers. This averages at approx 1 every 3 days. How much time have BBC News (and all other major news outlets) spent reporting these deaths in such a sympathetic and judgmental manner? No coverage either of the thousands more Palestinian children who are incarcerated by Israel.

Israel has in the past two days instigated ground and campaigns against civilian areas of Palestine, and here was me thinking "collective punishment" was illegal in International Law.

I also see today that the Govt has said Britain stands with Israel in these difficult times.

Not in my name.

Interesting piece regards the BBC and it's coverage of the conflict:

That's really quite heartening and is exactly the sort of sentiment the Israeli leadership should be conveying, rather than the horriblely devisive rhetoric they've been spouting over the last 2 days.

Absolutely not. Would just like to hear some unbiased and impartial reporting from major and influential news outlets.

Netanyahu has blood on his hands the complete prick.

This weird person is the leader of a country.
He isn't weird and he isn't stupid. He's an evil vicious brutal occupier and war is exactly what he wants. He and his ilk want the occupation to continue indefinitely. He and his ilk know occupation is easy. He and his ilk know that ratcheting up the tension is productive to his end.

Maybe not stupid as in intelligence but fucking horridly calculatedly daft. He bloody knew his words would cause shit.

Hamas?

Nobody has mentioned Hamas.

It's about unbiased reporting and impartiality by the BBC. And having sympathy for innocent Palestinian civilians.

Based on that, we support Hamas?

Try again.
