I still think what he said to Pelle was worse. Calling a foreign man who is in his 60s a "fucking old ****" is terrible form. It wouldn't be so bad if Pellegrini had been here for a few seasons but he'd only been here a few months.

What Pardew did was undoubtedly Common Assault, which carries a maximum prison sentence of six months.

As does a s.4 Public Order Offence, which Taggart was arguably Guilty of on several occasions throughout his managerial career.

Never reported as such, obviously.
