I never feel sorry for Newcastle fans, they deserve the owner and the manager they have!! (Sorry to disagree with you PB because I have a lot of respect for your posts usually, but they are, in my mind, the second worst fans in the PL after that lot over the border here!)
Also if our manager can get a two match ban plus a fine for just stating the truth then Pardew deserves a 10 match ban and a fine even higher than the amount his club have imposed.

Well if he was dismissed for breach of contract which I'm guessing nutting a player falls under he wouldn't get a penny.

I doubt his contract has anything in it about head butting opposing players, but I'm sure that gross misconduct covers it. The FA will take it seriously though, so he'll get a 5 match touchline ban, with several matches on top suspended for a couple of years.
