These guys sacrifice their lives and train like mental for chance every four years. Max Lichfield spent 10 years giving his life to the sport and has 3 4th places in Olympic Games. Huge achievements yet will get little recognition. He’s a champ too. Footballers have it so good.

Tonight was what makes the Olympics so fucking amazing. Adam Peaty was qmazing and so close to my heart being a swim dad with me lad. Delighted for him and what a performance. Andy Murray going one match further after being gone. The girl in the canoe, the gymnasts. Love the whole thing I really do.
