Have to agree although we needed Phil's direct running but he should have come on for Mahrez as we lost a bit of balance - Mind you I don't think Jack was getting anything from the ref.

To be fair Foden came on and psg scored the second not long after. Totally killed the game the second goal.

Thought we were the better side tonight for long periods of the game, obviously doesn’t count for much when you lose 2-0, but the performance was good.

PSG were clear content for us to have the ball in the wide areas while they kept a fairly narrow back 7! If we tried to play crosses in Marquinhos and Kimpembe would’ve hoovered everything up. Grealish and Mahrez tried hard to find the openings but too often it led to passes inside and nothing incisive enough.

I’m not overly concerned about PSG in this competition based on that performance, fancy us at the Etihad and if we met them in the knockouts again.

Still time to get a stop gap in January for the business end of the season or possibly another nibble for Harry?

Didn’t think that we were that good tonight, and we just didn’t look like scoring after that Sterling / Bernado fuck-up.

Yes we had a lot of the ball out wide, but it looked to me that PSG were happy for us to have it to be honest, as they backed themselves to deal with the crosses. No one got ahead of the ball and the balance of the team didn’t look right, particularly in midfield.

KDB was very poor and his form and fitness is an ongoing concern. Also questions over where Grealish is going to play given how well Foden did on the left last season. We will improve when Gundogan is back but I’m not sure we have an obvious best eleven at the moment.

Saturday’s exertions probably had an effect but overall I thought we looked a little predictable tonight and lacked a spark.

A very well put together summary can’t argue with none of the above….another big game where we got out manoeuvred, KDB looks shot he doesn’t get going from November normally,
Might be the wrong sport but catches win matches. And I think we know where the short fall lies.

Tough one to take after beating Chelsea. Would have started with Jesus out right, Mahrez just to seem to spend an age on the ball.

Our slow build up sometimes gives the opposition too much time to reorganise and nullify our attack.

WTF was up with that ref tonight? Promised a PSG shirt with Neymar, Messi and Mbappe's autograph or access to a Qatari slush fund?

City and Bayern still the two best in Europe, then maybe the dippers. PSG look very average.

CL final 8 months away so need to be upset 2nite. Sunday far more important.

PSG were very good, but it felt like their cup final to me. I don't think they should be underestimated. The result tonight, does not particularly bother me though.

Don’t brush them off so easy. They got a point against PSG, and just beat Leipzig. They are a decent challenging team. It’s not going to be easy. A lot of good youngsters.
