Palermo playmaker Javier Pastore is just hours away from being sold as club president Maurizio Zamparini announces his departure.
The 22-year-old midfielder has been linked with a plethora of clubs across Europe including Real Madrid, Barcelona, Roma, Manchester City, Inter and AC Milan.
The latest reports have claimed that Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are the two sides closest to landing the Argentina ace in a €45 million deal.
Zamparini did not disclose who he is dealing with, but said the matter will be resolved within hours.
"I will only speak after the sale. We are closing, it's just a matter of hours," Zamparini told Sky Sport Italia.
Vice-president Guglielmo Micciche echoed the patron's comments and told Calciomercato.it: "There are talks in place and it is Zamparini who is dealing with them. Paris and London are both nice cities."

I don't know who Mancini sees as strenghthening our attacking prowess, but I am certain neither will score 18 to 20 goals a season. We need a Wesley Sneijder type footballer who can pop in 18-20 goals a season like Tevez.
Sneijder has popped in over 14 goals once in his career, back when he was at Ajax. Thus Pastore's first full season as a starter has been statistically better than any year put together by Sneidjer bar 1!
