Intima was one of the most pointless contract extensions this club has made at youth level - far too lightweight to make it as a pro footballer in England

Hopefully a potential sell-on value later, or at least a tribunal/education fee. Still to early to rule him out.

There are other countries that play football if he wasn't deemed good enough for any reason for the English leagues.

Yes but he'd move on a free abroad anyway - so paying someone who if he plays will be taking the place of someone younger and better and will move back abroad anyway

He's not on the plane to Australia unless he's hiding in the baggage compartment. Defo isn't done.

Official Squad (yes it may change with signings, but probably not with it being in Oz)

MCFC O/S said:
The City squad have jetted off for their pre-season tour, where they will compete in a friendly against Melbourne City before taking part in the International Champions Cup Australia, presented by Audi.

Manuel Pellegrini’s side have some exciting fixtures lined up in the tournament, locking horns with European giants Roma and Real Madrid to kick-off preparations for the new Premier League campaign.

Along with the first-team stars, a crop of youngsters have also made the journey, including new signing Enes Unal and EDS stars Kelechi Iheanacho, Brandon Barker, Bersant Celina, Jose Angel Pozo and George Evans.

Having taken the under-21 league by storm, Iheanacho - also the scorer of the winning goal in the Premier League International Cup final - has been tipped to force his way into the senior squad this season.

Pozo and Evans have both competed at senior level and have both found the net for Pellegrini's side. Evans, who impressed on loan at Scunthorpe last season, netted in the post-season victory over Toronto, with a fine 25-yard effort, and Pozo scored in the Capital One Cup win over Sheffield Wednesday.

The youngest inclusion is 16-year-old Cameron Humphreys, while Jason Denayer - named the Scottish FA's Young Player of the Year while on loan at Celtic last year - will also be joining up with the team next week, along with those first-teamers who spent the summer on international duty.
