The way the transfer market keeps inflating, £100m might seem like a bargain in a few years, especially with all the TV money. Palace are splashing out £30m on players now, watford turn down similar amount for Troy fucking deeney. In 5-10 years time I reckon there will be a £250m player

I hope not mate! I really do!
The money for these transfers has to come from somewhere.
Granted, clubs are owned and backed by individuals and organisations with huge financial resources nowerdays but ultimately, any business needs to see value!
There's no way gate receipts will ever cover the huge sums involved in top players transfers and wages but you can be sure any club
with players In this bracket will push admission prices as high as they possibly can in order to recoup the maximum!
The new influx of TV deal money also has to come from somewhere!
Cut to the chase and we need to be acutely aware that we will be asked for more and more cash to get through the turnstiles the more money flows into the game!
Moving to the new 3rd tier has saved my bacon and I'm still able to afford to go but I'd have been faced with a huge decision to make if that hadn't been an option!
I know quite a few friends not as fortunate as myself have had to make that decision and are no longer season card holders because they can't afford it.
If we're not careful going to the game could become a luxury and beyond the reach of many and that will be down to greedy agents and players!
The sums of money involved here are beyond belief! It's got to come from somewhere! That will be you and me.
Sorry for the rant. But it will, in one way or another affect all of us if some of the greedy bastards keep wanting more and more!

Totally agree mate , its getting out of hand yet we are the poor relations in the CL, I long for the day when we see half a dozen local homegrown players in the squad and thankfully Pep said the same about fans having a connection with youth players making it.

Pogba £120 million FFS

Whoever raised the fact that Sissoko was pissing all over the rest - certainly is in this final!

I just can't see why he would go back there after the way they treated him and what he said about them? Bacon face is still there in power as well?!?!

Is anyone seriously telling me Pogba is £100m? Are you watching the guy here he is being overrun by small guys like J.Mario and keeps losing the ball.

All hype I'm afraid we'll done Pep for seeing what most of us missed including me.
