The agent works for the player, and in this case Man Utd seeing as they seem to be buying all his players. If they have gone as far as agreeing to pay £100m for the player it seems unlikely that the deal will be allowed to fall over a few million - which they must have expected to pay anyway. More problematic might be whether Pogba really wants to go there anyway, especially if he thinks Real Madrid is an option now or next season.

According to the Sun (I know), the fee involved is £25m! You could buy a whole new decent player for that.

Would be incredibly funny if he was just stringing them along with no intention of joining, just to teach them a lesson and deliver some payback over how they treated him.

This is just like it was with us last season (or was it the year before?) - then it was some issue with image rights as Pogba had supposedly given them away to someone.
I'm sure he'll end up at United again, but you can understand why Ferguson reckoned his agent was a nightmare.

Not yet mate but Juve have just bought Higuain for £75.3 million which seems to suggest they'll be in receipt of a considerably large sum of money themselves in the not too distant future. You may need to start thinking about getting your kecks off ;)
Anybody know anything about Juventus and FFP? It seems inconceivable they can spend all that money, doesn't it? I agree with the idea that they must be planning to sell someone, and Pogba would seem to be the one. Just hope it is Real.
