Fees don't matter though?
Matters when you can get better players for the price. KDB was £49m.

There could be a good reason for this.
WE ALL SAW HOW BANG AVERAGE HE WAS IN THE EURO`S

Where do you get the idea that Utd are a selling club from? I don't see that at all.
KDB didn't have the best tournament did he.
KDB had more key passes than any other player in the tournament alongside three assists.
Pogba scored once, gave away a penalty and was yellow carded in the final.
One of those players had a transfer fee of £55million and the other £100+million, can you guess which?
So who are these players then? That we can sign now?
I have no idea as to why people keep banging on about how and where he would play for us,how much better we would be with him in our side blah blah blah.
HE`S NOT COMING FOR FUCKS SAKE.PEP IS NOT INTERESTED,SO WHY KEEP RABBITING ABOUT SOMETHING WHICH IS NOT HAPPENING ??? !!!!
... and breathe slowly.
I watched all the games. Our Kev didn't play well in a couple of games and played ok in another couple. I didn't see him play to his maximum at all.
Yellow carded in the final eh. What a disappointment. What type of argument is that. Pogba was not played in a position that allowed him to assist or score last night.
You're not taking into account the role he played for his team. I don't see how a player who was playing in front of his central defenders could take the game by the scruff of the neck. He was being sacrificed for payet/Sissoko and later Coman.Oh you must be the font of football knowledge then, I suppose your eye for the game supersedes the objective statistic that KDB put in more key passes than any other player and was second for assists?
The point was, Pogba's only major contribution was getting carded.
I'm aware that Pogba is world class, or least potentially will be, but let's not pretend for a second he didn't bottle it last night and through the entire tournament.

As for KDB you are aware of the criticism that came his way from the Belgium medical staff after the tournament. For whatever reason, Belgium found it difficult to integrate KDB into their team. I think that was tactical, but you're on shaky ground if you want to compare the two when they had different roles in the team (if you could call Belgium a team).
And taking all that into account is why we`ve probably walked away and with good reason. Most people who were in favour of signing Pogba who may have changed their minds possibly only saw the odd clip of him playing for Juve which is a league they have won four seasons on the bounce. Having watched him more closely in the past few weeks maybe people saw a good player, a young player, a player with talent but not one who is worth £100m plus salary
It's not a great point though is it. Vidals numbers in serie A weren't that different to Pogbas. Pogba is 22. He is easily ahead of most great midfielders at the same age.
