They tried to off-load him on to us previously. Pep turned them down flat. Since then he's regressed despite Olly's expert coaching.

Pogba is a lost cause. He has no application unless it’s on his head! Won a lot, maybe too much smoke has been blown up his backside.

Big name but does not deliver.

Also, let’s not help the rags out of this no-win situation.

Hopefully he stays there til the summer stinking the place out then walks in the summer and they get fuck all for him. So good they bought him twice

Don’t think Patton and Pogba would get on too well. But a bit of pressure, like - say - a few thousand German armoured divisions marching into the French half of the field, might bring out the best in Paul.

A no from Pep means a whole lot of no from me though.

Anytime I see talk of people thinking Pogba in a City shirt is a good idea this springs to mind and so does the dullest football since Pearce thread in thinking behind it, he's far too lazy proper bone idle as already mentioned he's got too many inferiorities to ever be a success here, when at Juventus he needed Arturo Vidal and Claudio Marchisio to do all the hard work, Pirlo played deeper too and they even played with 5atb quite a bit to cover for all his shortcomings he offers nowt whatsoever off the ball, bad signing full stop when I see the thought of people genuinely thinking he's good enough to get past Foden, Bernardo, Rodri, Gundogan, De Bruyne or anyone else we're potentially moulding for youths with a combination of quality and all round work rate... it bewilders me. He's not even close to our required level any mention of thinking so is extremely poor judgement.

Over the years I could understand people talking of players like Verratti who put a shift in and have the quality levels but even that's unlikely now with age, this talk of Pogba back then or now is always batshit crazy for me but if it gives you something to talk about during the international break with boredom, or you're are fishing for replies then your attention seeking I'm sure will work enough to get it rubbished over and over again.

Always thought Pogba has world class potential and very occasionally he shows his class. However, he is a lazy arrogant tosser who will never fulfill his word class potential. I wouldn't have him on a free transfer. He'll do well to get a decent club to come in for him because he's been stinking the swamp out ever since he went back there.
 
I remember him playing for Juve at City I think and he was brilliant. Fucked about last 5 years and blighted his career. United have spent 180 million on him with wages and agents etc.
 
Grealish is a younger, hungrier, better team player, more adaptable and more of a City player (hence why we just broke club and Birtish transfer records for him). Unless you'd want him to play as a defensive centre player, in which case Rodri has just had an incredible 12 months and is looking better and better having learned a tough, tough position to play in a tough league from a demanding manager.

No idea why, if you were Sancho, you'd be looking at Pogba's career trajectory and want to follow him. Apparently they're considering playing him on the right of a back five. I know money is money, and ultimately anything can happen in sport, but it's a short career and I can't remember the last player who went there and improved either tactically or technically (honest question, has there been a player post-Ferguson that it is true of? Legit can't think of one). Even most players we shift on look better on their way and have better careers for it (Angelino, Navas in particular).
