Last time I played there my trolley nearly sank in the middle of the fairway .

It open in 1999 and it did have problems with drainage as Worsley is in a blue clay belt but the have regularly heavily sanded it at certain times of the year. 500,000 tonnes sometimes twice a year but at least once a year has been spread on the fairways for at least 12 years. Slitting and backfilling with gravel and sand has pretty much cleared the problem they are currently attempting to cure the problem off the fairways.

Open in 1999 and I joined that year. Glad you enjoyed it. I love the course and I never get bored of it. Members are decent and friendly in general. Quite a few current and ex United players and their mates play there of have played there. Gary Owen is there from time to time, Tevez when he was with us played there quite often. But mostly rag players, Funnily enough for rag central there are as many City fans as rags.
It was brilliant mate. Quite forgiving even for an amateur like me! You can see why it really is brilliant. Members seemed great even with a large party like ours and staff were too. Anyways back to the thread - fuck Pogba

I had a slight panic this morning when I put Sky sports on the TV as it was the end of an interview with Pogba. He had a tablet in his hand which had a picture of Pep on it and he was banging on about how he improves players. With all the new posts here I feared the worst :(

I'm pretty sure that all the amount of piss such a move would boil would compensate for the lack of workrate he'd bring. Plus, he's 29, he's almost ready for the Werther's originals, Sanatogen multivitamins and the bus pass. And, to cap it all, he's another one of these horrid, Johnny Foreigner types. I'd rather a Lee Cattermole type player.

Playing for the rags completely blurs any perspective you can have into a players ability. I have no idea how any of their players would do at a well run club with a decent manager. Going there is like going to a vacuum that sucks our your talent. My concern about pogba is his work rate is awful and that’s something that is an absolute requirement for pep so it’d be a no from me
