Pay to listen to Corbyn speak

I wouldn't mind somebody telling what was wrong with what Livingstone said because I still haven't heard it.

At WORST this is a semantic argument over what "support" means in the context of an agreement. How this means that Ken Livingstone hates all Jewish people is still a mystery to me.
Wasn't aware anyone said that Ken hated all Jewish people

Think the article referred to anti semitic incidents rather than calling Mr. Livingston anti semitic which is quite different.

Just to be clear, you think that during the outcry no organisations called Ken Livingstone an anti-Semite?

No, the conclusion is that this is a racist action taken by the Labour Party and that's undeniable.

The idea that because the Labour Party isn't an institutionally racist body then it is incapable of committing racist actions is daft. It's circular logic. A dog is a dog therefore it's a dog.

But it is deniable, do you thinking that back in the day in the States that bussing Afro-American kids in to predominantly white neighbourhoods to attend what had been white only schools was racist? for every black kid occupying a seat, there would have been a white kid sitting there and they were better schools than those in black neighbourhoods so that white kid was losing out, that must clearly be racist, the white kid is being disadvantaged on the basis of his skin colour.

It's complicated isn't it? This cack-handed move was designed. in all honesty, to increase representation from BAME. The Daily Mail, a Tory MP and you presumably don't see Labour attempting, if rather clumsily, to broaden its representation, but instead an assault on the white working class.

You see it as you want to see it and so do I.

I am sure they did just as people are calling Mr Corbyn a racist now I do not believe either of them are myself Ken being a victim of freedom of speech not applying to certain sections of society and Corbyn guilty of trying to be overly pc. Just adding valid information for the debate to continue

That might be the stupidest and most reaching analogy I have ever seen in the entire history of this forum.

You've confused equality with inequality.

It's complicated isn't it? This cack-handed move was designed. in all honesty, to increase representation from BAME.

No it's incredibly simple. All people should be treated equally. That's the simplest and easiest thing in the world to do. There's no grey area about it.

And it wasn't designed to increase representation. That's absolutely ridiculous.

Can you point to anybody at all who has the disposable income to attend a political speech night for £30 but doesn't have the income to attend for £40? Can you explain why the organisers couldn't then set all prices at £30? Could you point to a single person who made the decision to attend based entirely on a £10 saving due to their race that couldn't afford to go at £40?

Of course not. Neither can anybody else. Because it was a symbolic and frankly a pathetically transparent gesture to appear to be "allies" of BAME members and reinforce how Labour "understand their plight" and all of that fucking patronising nonsense that infantilises BAME people rather than giving them exactly what they want which is equal treatment to everybody else. In my experience, BAME people don't want your fucking pity nor "discounts". They want to be not treated like a sub species of humans.

£10 less tickets increase to "increase representation". Do me a fucking favour. Do you just swallow these face saving PR statements with the gusto of a weekend worker on Tibb Street?

The Daily Mail, a Tory MP and you presumably don't see Labour attempting, if rather clumsily, to broaden its representation, but instead an assault on the white working class.

You see it as you want to see it and so do I.

No I see a cack handed political gesture designed to appeal to BAME racists and their white apologists who also confuse equality with inequality.
