Would prefer him at Utd, they would still be 2nd tier with him but he would improve Chelsea. An improved Chelsea are a much bigger threat to us than an improved Utd, much bigger.

he won't tbh he is no better than what they have right now....will moaninho throw willian out if the team for him?? i don't think so...let's not even speak about hazard...

The only use Mourinho would have with a player like this would be to get him diving around the floor for 90 mins trying to win free kicks and get players sent off.

A better option to stick up top than falcao or when Costa is suspended. Also more suited to Chelsea than cuadro imo

Chelsea could sign real quality that United couldn't dream of this year. It's a win win. Chelsea get a player who might have a decent spell but won't be a long term success and United have to look for someone even further down their transfer list.

Rather he goes to United, I don't fear Van Gaal's United and Pedro wouldn't change that, meanwhile even if Chelsea has had a bad start Mourinho still knows how to get points and he's also much better at integrating new signings, if Chelsea get injuries I'd rather they're forced to use Cuadrado or Ramires than whoever they bench for Pedro (Willian or Oscar, probably depending on form.)

Marca AND rac1 reporting he's in London having a Chelsea medical. A classic Chelsea hijack if true!

We don't exactly have cash flow problems so that makes no sense.

I think it makes perfect sense seems as though it's factually correct, seems we were never interested in him anyway, maybe as a backup or else as you pointed out, we would have bid the release clause like Chelsea have

That's what I'm saying, I called bullshit on that spanish report a while back, if we were interested and €32m wasn't a problem we would have paid the €30m up front straight away. Since we didn't, we weren't in for him. Only question is if it was his agent leaking something for his own reasons or just media bullshit.
