My guess is that it's all done but the fact that S&B are racking up the airmiles in Spain and Ukraine is taking priority. Also gives Pelle a chance to make preparations for his relocation.

Surely at least one of S&B will need to be there to field the tough questions regarding the timeline of Roberto's dismissal?

I'm guessing that much of the delay in making an announcement may be down to sorting out the coaching staff rather than Pellegrini's personal contract.
