Sorry to all the moaners on here but WHEN WILL PELLEGRINI BE ANNOUNCED? :(

My own opinion for what its worth, will be Tuesday or Wednesday.
Lets be honest, tomorrow would be a waste of time as you know who will end up getting a 25 hour day lovewank from Sky.
We need our own designated spot and it would be foolhardy to do it tomorrow.

-- Sun Jun 09, 2013 2:00 pm --

Be nice to steal their thunder though! Announce him with a city shirt on and 'Fuck off Mourinho and Gollum' on the back

Pellegrini and RSC

There is a lot of talk about how Pellegrini must be a great manager if he can get RSC scoring. Am I the only one who thinks this is slightly skewed thinking? RSC was a lousy buy because he was injury prone, technically he was a decent if not outstanding forward that he scored a few goals when fit is not really a great surprise or a great managerial achievement.
Not slating Pellegrini just saying that I don't think this means he can turn water into wine.

A debate that has been discussed in the Pellegrini thread.
Apologies I have dipped in and out of it but not read it all and did not spot that bit. Any idea what page?

Under the headline 'Gossip' (and what appears to be a Sunday rehash) in the MUEN........

City's English players are set to lose out once Manuel Pellegrini is named the club's new manager.

The Blues are expected to unveil the Chilean coach this week and he is reported to have agreed to follow the Barcelona blueprint, with every City side from youth to the first team playing with a fluid 4-3-3 formation.

Jesus Navas and Fernandinho have already been signed, with Isco set to follow, and Pellegrini believes the new system will suit them better than the likes of Englishmen Gareth Barry, Jack Rodwell and James Milner.

Joleon Lescott and Micah Richards are seen as back-up options in defence so keeper Joe Hart could be the only Englishman to be a regular starter at the Etihad next season
