I like to read other fans fora, though this is the only one I'm registered to. I don't think you're a Utd fan either. What I do think, and you can pull me on it or tell me I'm wrong, is that since you stopped being a match going fan and watch the games on Sky your attitude has changed. You still want us to win and be successful but its not the end of the world if we're not.
This gives you a more objectionable outlook and you can see both sides without getting too emotional about it either way. Personally I spend the majority of my life doing those things and the football is when I can let go and rant and rave and sing and shout, I let out a weeks worth of pent up energy and feel so much better for it when it's over!
Like I said though, I could be talking shite and it's nothing like that at all! Haha!
Not a bad shout that, though that's for another thread although nobody should have to explain why they support any club in the way they do. Blue underpants is the biggest and most massive blue in the world. I, it seems, am not.

It was no way meant to be a dig mate, or even a "I'm a bigger blue" type post. Just trying to put across how I interpret your posts from a couple of years of reading bluemoon.

Wasn't taken as one buddy, not by any means.

It doesn't surprise me in the slightest they've done this, their fans are the most smug, arrogant, cocksure, pigheaded twats i've ever encountered and this latest trick of theirs just sums the inbred fuckers up to a tee.
How they have the balls to call us bitter is beyond me,we have absolutely nothing to be bitter about,we got great owners,a top manager just starting out for us,a beautiful stadium, great surroundings, exciting prospects and plans for the future,a fantastic squad.....
All the above the rags ain't got nowhere near and they know it,hence this cowardly behaviour which can only be drawn from pangs of jealousness and feeling bitter.
So all you lurking rags reading this,go and scurry off to inbred cafe quickly and tell everyone who cares to listen that you don't have fans that do this type of thing.
Fucking shithouse rats.

Can I just add.

If anyone has been to OT they will know there is only one way in and out of the main stand, and that is via the forecourt and along the tunnel that leads to the main stand. In essence, you have no choice but to walk past and through the Stretford End Tier Two Commandos standing about or heading towards the Stretford End. Those that go to OT for the derbies will know what I mean.

What City and United should have done is made sure Pelle had a Police and Steward escort as soon as he got out of the car, not after he was pelted with missiles.(*****!)

As for Sir Bacon Face. The main car park at City is next to the Colin Bell stand, which means apart from the odd tea flask and half eaten sandwich, which has probably been thrown at Sir Bacon Face, he would have never received a hostile reception at City.

Oh, and one more thing.

Anyone remember this and other similar incidents at OT?

I was actually stood near the Rags when they began throwing those cans and beer bottles at the coach. At no point did GMP act. The Rags only stopped throwing those cans and bottles after the coach had passed by.

Yet come to City and it's like a scene from Mad Max the movie. Mobile metal barriers, CCTV, Police, Stewards, etc, everywhere. Yet not once have I seen any real(?) trouble apart from on Derby Day. Once started by the MIBS(arf!), and the other time by City, when they nearly turned the Police Van over. ;-) (stop it jrb!)

Great post (although I'm slightly biased as I was on that fecking bus), and your dead right, not a finger was lifted by the GMP.
