Pellegrini shouldn't take all the flack for our team not doing what's asked of them, we've seen the same players let Pep down on a few occasions and they have the utmost respect for Pep. Pellegrini wouldn't be a good choice because his style of man management is too similar to Wenger they are too nice and let players off the hook too easily, they need someone like Mancini or Simeone(I don't think Arsenal fans would like his style of football though).
