Pep’s Spurs (H) Post-Match Interview

Does anybody know if Kevin Parker or any of the City groups are challenging these ridiculous prices or are we all just accepting it nowadays

Been a great manager for City CL Final brain farts apart but as a man I have never warmed to Pep.

Mardarse just like Klopp in defeat and again calling out City fans, do we not get enough shit off those outside the club without one of our own joining in?

Just turned on SKY and they are wanking themselves silly over his comments.

I have followed this club through thin and thinner so dont criticise my support Pep you detached idiot.

£68 for a ticket, comment on that maybe.

My thoughts are that it is not enough for City to be the best team in any game ie potentially better than each of their imminent opponents, they must play up to that standard every game.
If they play at anything below that standard in attitude it is dangerous.

I think that perhaps the times we go in at half time winning by say 3 or 4 to none promote a let's not rub it in attitude.

Maybe Pep promotes that political attitude but we must always ask players to have a 100 percent attitude towards scoring goals in my opinion otherwise our superiority complex will be self defeating and we risk starting that way in games with zero goals to our name.

Let’s not overthink what he said, it was a post victory emotional rallying call to everybody involved, players, staff & fans.
In short he asked everyone how much do you want it? If it gets a reaction and we go on a run it is genius level psychology and he has enough kudos in the tank for it to be no risk.
He has some out of form players and he might as well have said see that 18 year kid out there he is currently showing more guts & passion than you but he chose a rallying call.
I’m happy that he is trying everything, it demonstrates how much he cares to us, the media and most of all our rivals.
I don’t think any fans should take offence hopefully we can raise the roof on Sunday to demonstrate we definitely do want it.
For what it was worth I honestly thought the booing at half time was for the ref who was dire and completely out of his depth all game

You reckon Pep and the team didn’t know they weren’t playing to the level needed until the fans booed? Or that they didn’t care until the fans booed? You think they played better in the second half because the fans booed? And that booing in the future when we go on a very short bad run or are not playing well in a match will lead to better outcomes?
We haven't played consistently well since mid October. The tempo and urgency has been missing. We were abysmal at Southampton and poor at old Trafford. We expected a team reaction after those. There was nothing.

Happy clapping them off and seeming like everything is ok serves no purpose. If Pep said something different at half time last night that clicked the players buttons then great but if that's the case it was two games too late.

That second half is our level, not the majority of games since October. I don't know if the booing had an effect but something did.

Good job he never experienced the Maine rd days when the booing would make a city player petrified to touch the ball.
Fans who go to the game have a right to express their feelings regardless that some will be offended & some won't .
It was only done at halftime not during the game & the players gave them the right reaction 2nd half for them to get behind the team .

We could always appoint a proper captain instead of fannying around rotating. Diaz springs to mind or Rodders more so because he plays most games. Great bloke Gundo but not a captain.
