He was lucky to get away with his brain fart in the derby when he came rushing out.Of course not. And I don't see it being like that.
I chose to shout crap at the half-time whistle, I don't think anyone was co-ordinating a booing-fest, minimal at best, but enough for a member of the media (Sam Matterface) to give Pep an open goal.
I'm on the same page as Pep, we have people in the team selling him and us short, I just don't think he needs to throw the fans in to the mix, it just fuels the bogus narrative about City fans in general.
Eddie has been shit for most of this season and when he does something like last night, he's always gonna get it - certainly from me.
Or it could be the brexit juan mata, Grealish. Or Foden. Or nobody. What's with the quick turning on our players, that's pretty much the opposite of what Pep was calling for.
Naff all mate they pretty much confirmed this with COVID, that as long as the TV money is there ticket revenue is pocket change.I would love to see the club do something bold and cap ticket prices in an affordable range. I cant go anymore as I'm not in the country, but I'll be honest, as much as I love City, I'm not paying 68 quid a piece for me and the lad to watch a game of football, we simply couldnt afford it.
If you build it, they will come. Not sure how much of our revenue is based on ticket prices but surely there is wiggle room there so that the people being priced out can come back.
Couldnt agree more with what he said about the squad and the (alleged) lack of desire. Hopefully it lights a candle under some of them.
Its a discussion forum, you'll get the drift....
Better than the previous noise that you deleted ;-)Always a good one, that.

Our fan base has been a lot of 40+ age fans for a long long time , many are a lot older than that , the older fans especially (not all) just want to sit and enjoy the game now - coupled with a lot of day trippers who don’t know 1 song from another leaves a smaller number of vocal fans than you think , there certainly isn’t 36000 fans each week screaming and shouting . We have tens of thousands of teenage and twenty plus fans that are priced out , we should be encouraging them to attend through well priced available tickets -because you mark my words , when the success hits a blip then so will attendances , we should be getting these younger fans in NOW otherwise they won’t bother at all, the more fans we have with a sensible , accessible pricing structure, the day trippers will just fuck off to the latest hot shot in town , tbh , I find it slightly embarrassing seeing loads of empty seats at a lot of our games. The proof of the pudding is when we get north of 50000 at the ground for the early stages of domestic cup competitions- and that’s down to a proper, sensible pricing structure.
