Pep has just dedicated the title win to Colin Bell and family. I’ve been thinking about him myself tonight. With all the incredible things that have happened this year, the turnaround, the trophies, the CAS win, Pep’s new deal...let’s remember our wonderful history and maybe drink a toast to The King if you get a quiet minute.

Lovely gesture by Pep. Class act, just like Colin.

Colin Bell was my dad's favourite player. I am a blue because of my dad, he sadly passed away last year, taken by COVID imposed on heart disease. There were two occasions in my youth when I remember dad telling me I was about to see something special. The first was at the start of the 1974 world cup finals and that was Johan Cruyff. Holland have been my second team in international football ever since. The second was Colin Bell's comeback game against Newcastle, we all had season tickets by then, he was so excited to see him play again. I don't believe in life after death but it is comforting to think of all those blues that have been lost sat together raising a glass to Pep and the team.
