At the time of the Champions league final we had already won the league and had no more matches.
A one off match.
You might argue that the league is the priority at the start of the season but at that moment in time there was nothing more important.
Sure it was, and I’m sure Pep chose his team based on what he thought were the best tactics on the day to win the game on the day, as did Tuchel. On the day Tuchel won, doesn’t make Tuchel a better manager, doesn’t mean we would be better with Tuchel replacing Pep. Doesn’t make our season suddenly a C+ season which is what the comment I replied to did was about.
My final comment on that game then I ‘m moving onto next season I could see what Pep was thinking, on the day Tuchel out thought him and on the day Tuchel was the better manager. Anyone would think we were playing a bunch of no hopers managed by a tactical idiot.
Anyway next season now looking forward to it and we’ll do better than Chelsea because overall we are better and have a better manager, the best as it happens.

There's an old saying that you're only as good as your last game.
Pep's last game was a failure.
He failed to deliver the CL at Bayern and he's failed to deliver it at City.
The past is the past... He inherited two very strong and successful teams at Bayern and City but blew it on the biggest stage (in the owner's view) at both.
Thanks for the entertainment and trophies Pep, but it's time to move on.
Sniff sniff...

Dear lord

Dear lord
His failure on the big stage against Chelsea was due to unnecessary tinkering and leads m to suspect that he's close to burning out. He'll be gone at the end of 22-23, but will be thinking about it over 21-22.... I'd prefer the club to have someone already lined up just in case he implodes next season.

At this point, I think it’s time for you to log off.

Gen question, who do you support?

Genuine answer... Manchester City. Possibly for a lot longer than you.

Sorry if my opinions don't fit the 'trust in Pep' agenda followed by many on here. I've never been one to brown nose everything that Pep nor the club does... I'm not, and never will be, a 'happy clapper'.

The bloke is obviously great coach but he's been displaying fallibility in the biggest games.
