Just out of curiosity, if you asked Pep this question how do you think he'd answer?

If I could get close enough to pep then something is seriously wrong. But at a guess I recon he would say piss off in Spanish lol

Pep has explained this before, he has discussed how its not as simple as just seeing that De Bruyne is tired so put on Fernandinho. A tired KDB could still carry out what he wants better than Fernandinho can. KDB or Bernardo having already played 80+ are more up to speed with a game, already understand the individual assignments and so forth.

i think he would say everyone is tired including subs and it’s dangerous to throw someone into a game that intense and high speed. Holding for example for his yellow within second of coming on.

I think he’d also say we had 75% possession - more in The specific period that people wanted KDB off - and the game was going the way we wanted. We were knocking on the door and a goal was coming and look at that, the goal came from KdB’s cross.

He is a couple of Champions League titles away from becoming the best ever.

This man won't be appreciated until he has left England, then people will realise such what a privilege it was to watch Joseph Pep Guardiloa transform the way we look and play the game of football in this country and beyond.

We are an incredibly well run Club but there will be a huge drop off when this man leaves, anyone that say otherwise is kidding themselves for me.

Enjoy this while it lasts.
